The automatically applied update this morning has caused some problems with me and several of my acquaintances across the globe. When opening a chat room, the display multiplies itself several times, each overlapping the other, for about 5 seconds, then it stabilizes and displays the chat content. On one of my band mates iPhone, that odd display doesn't stop and he can't read any chat. This strangeness happens on my iPad but not my iPhone but that could be due to the different iOS versions on each. Anyway, please look into this and see if you can sort it out. The group involved here uses Band extensively (over 100 members) and is our preferred communications medium. We hope you will address this promptly.

Using for our competitive dance team and I am happy with new updates. However, there are 2 things I REALLY wish were there. 1. The ability to delete a specific chat room. We added a chat room for national competition. It contained about 42 members. Now we are stuck with that chat room when the event was over in July. 2. The ability to preview a post before everyone sees it. I was learning the attendance feature, and I had to edit several times but not before everyone could see it and freak out about what was going on.

The band app is great for everything BUT VIDEOS. I wonder how long it will take to fix this terrible issue, as this is one of the main reasons I even use the app.

First, basic problem, no dark theme. It's 20XX Google has done the research of how much battery it saves and numerous other places have shown for many more years how much easier it is on the eyes at night. That's one star off. Two, lacks basic responsiveness. It is 1 to 1.5 seconds to update the pages from previous run to current. So let's say I reopen the app and was in a chat or on a chats page that's one and a half seconds to even see it update to current to show what I already see via notifications. I have three chats. This is abysmal compared to similar apps. I'm running an xs max, this is simply unacceptably slow. I'm taking two stars off for this. Three, no app exists in a vacuum. The desktop app is even worse for windows and the website isn't much better. Im taking a star off for this as a platform. Four, in violation of the email address specifications, they don't allow plus signs in account email addresses on any platform. This is especially annoying as it prevents usage of Google's routing protocol using the plus sign or any legitimate email address with a plus sign. I'm taking another star off for this because it's a personal crusade of mine and it deeply vexes me as a developer and as a consumer. Fifth, although that all would be a zero star, I'm actually giving them a star back. Why? Because their notification control granularity is actually impressive. Specifically, it allows pretty fine grained internal control for each chat over banner and badge notifications independently and for what you get notifications from.

Hello , I just got this app and I’m struggling with making a profile. Let me explain, I’ve filled out all the boxes like DOB,Gender,Phone number. But when clicking done nothing happens. Is there something I should do in order for me to go to the next tab of this app. I’m really confused if it’s my WiFi or something. I really want to make something for my video game buddies and I thought this would be the perfect app. I’m sorry for bothering you knowing you’re working really hard for this app. If you have a chance to respond would be helpful for me to understand. Need calendar filters!

Love everything about this app except that there’s no way to filter the calendars you can see! I run a small studio with different level classes throughout the week and would love for my members to be able to view only the classes at the level of their choosing. So if you tapped “calendars” from the menu, you would first see a list of the calendars that Admin has already created, and then you can select one or multiple to view events for. Unless there’s already a way to do this and I’ve missed it??

This app is used by my daughter's softball team to keep the team informed but it needs work. We are unable to easily see what the edits are for existing events,the band tips are annoying, chatrooms don't serve it's purpose all members must join at the same time or else they miss out on the first chats. Overall needs work consider making an update soon. Thx
Needs a calendar search function

We need the ability to search for events in the calendar. There’s searching for other things, but I need to be able to find my own events I’ve scheduled and others in my group have scheduled.
