Sorry to bother you, but can you help ? – BAND - App for all groups Review

Hello , I just got this app and I’m struggling with making a profile. Let me explain, I’ve filled out all the boxes like DOB,Gender,Phone number. But when clicking done nothing happens. Is there something I should do in order for me to go to the next tab of this app. I’m really confused if it’s my WiFi or something. I really want to make something for my video game buddies and I thought this would be the perfect app. I’m sorry for bothering you knowing you’re working really hard for this app. If you have a chance to respond would be helpful for me to understand.
