Software/app is Piece of crap. Can’t connect to iPhone 7plus with IOS 11. Returning this device in next few hours. Waste of time and money ..

Can we get an update this century? The fact that you’d completely bail on a product far before the product becomes faulty. Bought a Bluetooth scale that was supposed to have a cool app for tracking. Instead I got a headache and an overpriced digital scale.

Bought this scale and was extremely excited about the weight tracker! Wasted my TIME and MONEY with this product! The scale work PERFECTLY, but the point of buying the scale was because of the weight tracker app! App doesn’t work! I have stood on the scale 7x and still no activity has been documented via the app! Taking this back and getting my money back!

After uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, with testing each time, the scale never connects to my phone. Yes, Bluetooth is on for my phone, and other Bluetooth apps connect with no problem.

When I first bought the scale I was able to connect to app. The battery died and I didn’t use the scale for a while. I replaced the battery and tried to use the app and it didn’t work, my past information was gone as well. The scale does not even appear in my Bluetooth tab of the settings app. Very disappointed.
