I lost the stuff I bought!!!

I recently bought the frosty tiles and snowflake tiles (limited edition) and re floored my entire shop with a checked design. I come back 12 hrs later, 2 hours after it expired from the time I bought them, and find they have all completely vanished! I bought those and loved the design, but what on earth? I like the game but I don't like things like this to happen especially with holiday stuff. You can't just take things out that were recently purchased ?.

Game is great, just when I try to decorate restaurant the game freezes. Please fix this issue and game will be even better.
What happened to orders?

There where numerous orders and specialty items and recipes a while back. What happened to all of that? You also said we would be able to connect to neighbors- but still can’t! Please help!
Where did my shop go?

I was playing today and everything was fine. Went back to the game an hour later to check on food that was baking and the game reset to beginning! I have worked to hard and long to get 20 something levels along to start over. Goodbye! Your game is deleted!
Frustrating and very expensive

BAD game. Don't get it! I used to like this game. It has had many issues that no longer make it fun. It takes way too many gems to do anything and when I finally decided to spend my hard earned money on them it won't download them to the game. I contacted them and was given the way to fix the issue but that has never worked. Then when I looked at my apple account it had double charged me for it. It has had several glitches in the function of the game where I was not able to play for several days because it would not open when I tried. It seems that they are more interested in making money dishonestly than actually fixing the bugs and issues of the game.
One star for customer service

I used to play this daily, and then one day it crashed. I re-opened it and it had me start all over again! From level one! I was upset because I was already on level 30 and it had taken me a while to get there. Naturally I emailed team lava and told them what happened. And I NEVER HEARD BACK from them. So I just quit playing. Terrible service.

This game is very fun and cute, but I'm almost wondering if it is being given up on, seeing as how it hasn't been updated in a while and it's buggy as heck. I've started getting most of the bugs that other people are having, such as money disappearing or gifts from Liam, Jenny, etc, turning into coins or just disappearing from my inventory completely. My bf isn't having any of these problems and he's been playing longer than me, BUT he's on a different phone entirely. I hope teamlava isn't giving up on apple. This is a huge disappointment
