Love it!! its more entertaining than the other games i have downloaded i kinda wish they had the neighbor option although it says coming soon.

The game has a glitch where every time I change the flooring and exit out of the game, the flooring is all messed up and out of order. It is also very annoying when you want to remove an item out of your inventory because it is full but you cannot remove the amount you want it deletes the whole thing. The first time I had this game it was very nice and fun and I would rate it 5 stars if not for the gems. We are given a minimum amount of gems and they are the ones that are used the most in the games I feel there should be more ways we can get gems without using our own money. But overall, this is a wonderful game but needs improvements. Finally, my whole game deleted and took me all the way back to level 1 when I was at level 18

About what I expected
But when I tried to open a store it opened the wrong one and I can’t even buy anything from it. I loved how animated it was and awesome quality! I love the game so much I believe you should make a bakery story 3!!! That is how good the 2nd one was from the first one and if that keeps up bakery story 3 would be a huge it!!!!!! Good game....but ????? part 2! Then ten min later it was what it was supposed to be! Lol ?

It's pretty cool, its definitely better than the first one bc sometimes when I cook something before I sleep and I wake up and my food is spoiled!! But this one can get a little annoying when trying to upgrade stuff, we need to spend ACTUAL money which I ain't doin.

Bugs and glitches! This game has not been updated in a year! I emailed customer support about losing gems and food disappearing and then losing out on tasks. They sent an auto reply email saying “We have limited support services, and will not be responding to individual requests...sorry for the inconvenience.” Wow! NOT cool!!
