Needs update Badly

This was such a fun game but it’s too hard to play now. Between the regular baked goods, there’s the challenge to get the keys. Whatever that is is too much. Plus the keys don’t truly unlock anything because you need so many of them. The game had us buy all these extra appliances, but you can’t put them in storage. The whole bakery is literally all appliances. You don’t have room for tables. I would play this game A LOT if you could get rid of the weird key/bake daily challenge and allowed us to storage all the extra appliances and those other appliances from challenges in the past. They’re done with, yet we have to keep them out. Can’t design a good bakery with no space because of the extras. PLEASE update the game. It used to be so much fun.

After so long and still no updates I have uninstall. I contacted support to ask when this would be updated and support never contacted me. Even though the graphics are cute it’s no fun playing without interaction with other players. While playing you get reminders to download their other games. If the app developers have the time to include advertisements for the other games, there’s certainly time to improve upon this game.

I would have given this game 5 stars but I feel like the thank you card man should give you a thank you card every time he comes. I also think you should be given a fruit smoothie every time you make them especially since it takes so long for some of the fruit to grow. Other than that, I enjoy playing this game.

This one takes far too much time to move forward and I dislike how there is no confirmation on buying items with gems. Could accidentally click the speed up process on baking foods and waste gems instantly and the whole ingredient/storage space is ridiculous. The first one was much more fun when you didn’t have to wait for ingredients or constantly go back and forth between the markets of ingredients. plus you have to buy ingredients to make ingredients such as frosting.... just too time consuming and tedious with many unresolved issues from the community. Game was deleted off my phone only after a day of playing.

I like this game a lot but am running out of things to do because it hasn’t been updated in over a year. I like the events and tend to play more to unlock the prizes. Please update.

so there’s several things that are better than the first one you came out with (e.g. food not spoiling) but there’s several things that must be fixed - thank you notes. if you’re going to require them for EVERYTHING i try to do, you need to increase the frequency at which liam gives them out because so far he hasn’t given me a single one for the past 10 or so visits. - storage. this costs so much in money and items to expand storage by just 10 and to pay for the items is ridiculous. they need to appear more often rather than giving money as rewards - expansions. not worth the price of the items and money. you expand enough for one row in a single direction??? it’s not enough and this leads into my next point - i can’t put appliances into storage or sell them????? like seriously. without being able to expand very often/in large amounts i am out of space and i can’t even get rid of the appliances i don’t want this need to be fixed and ASAP. (ps give more time for the bakers club. some of us have lives and such)

Since Storm8 doesn’t listen to anything anyone says, I’m just talking to potential customers here. Storm8 games are really fun, till something goes wrong! They either say they can’t find a problem or ignore your request for help. Also, lately, they claim they no longer have enough staff to answer tickets, so good luck if something happens. A couple of years ago, they came out with Bakery Story 2 and I’ve yet to understand the logic? They won’t even improve on the original one and from what I’ve heard, they won’t improve this one either. S8 knows they have a good thing here. The games are addictive and no matter how crappy the customer service is..AND IT IS! People are still going to play their games because they can’t get enough! Personally, I played this game for a day and ditched it. It requires you to buy food items to use for cooking. That was enough to turn me off. I want to play a game for pleasure and relaxation. I don’t want to be jumping through a bunch of virtual hoops just to cook one lousy dish! WHAT?! I feel like they should have just revamped the original RS and BS. Made huge improvements and offered more bang for your buck. I’ve suggested it just like every other person has and NOTHING! No, Hi - Bye - Kiss our batooty or go jump off a cliff! Nothing but silence from them. I’ve noticed that over the past several years, they have lost some real good players. The newer community isn’t as good as the old. Those willing to actually spend money on the game, have quit. They grew tired of S8’s antics and it doesn’t seem they will ever change. Their business practice leaves much to be desired and they paid for it in lay offs. My suggestion is, if your looking for a game that’s fun and relaxing while offering great customer service...look elsewhere.

Now I remember why I stopped plAying this game, and the reason is cause the storm 8 developers FORCES the plAyers to download and play their other games to a certain level just to proceed in bakery story 2. Really crappy of Storm 8 forcing players to download and play their games when normally the players wouldn’t even waste their time opening on their own.So thank you for reminding me how you ruined a fun game storm 8.And love how you make it we’re you can’t even skip the other game play to proceed in the game you actually want to play.

Fun, but lots of waiting! You should try this game! Don’t do the first game, it is not entertaining, and I got stuck in the game... I hope you try this one!

The game has not been updated for an entire year. Does creature even update any of their games. I used to be so in love with this game. This game needs MAJOR UPDATES, New majors features and goals. It takes too long to cook certain things as well as it takes to log to gain the pieces to be able to expand the bakery. I think we should be able to travel to different places and towns we should be able to interact with those who also have the game that still play it. It has not been updated for more than a year as stated before and I’m looking for something new an exciting because I do often enjoy playing the game. The game is one of my favorite games but I tend to get bored now because there are no updates and there isn’t anything new going on. Even when the holidays come there should be an event to play something fun. People who play this game should be able to do more in the game. It just simply needs major updates and new feature and new things added. It’s almost like the creatures of the game just left the game alone. Please do some updates and add new things to the game so that I can continue to enjoy the game and play the game the way I used to.
