Every time I level up or win a challenge I am offered coins and gems that I never get !!!! I fulfill all orders and tasks and don’t get prize it’s just not fair ??

I love the new appliances but...

I’m so sick of having to go and buy all the ingredients. I deleted the game after 3 days because of it. Boringgggg. I went back to the old version.

The freaking Mystery Baking Club, or whatever it’s called, has cheated me out of multiple things- expensive things might I add. What I mean is; the times I made the food isn’t counting down, causing me to keep remaking things that are harder to do (Fruit Blintz, Creme Brulee, etc.) I really like this game but it’s getting to be quite annoying when you keep re-doing stuff. Please fix this Storm8 team. Thank you.

Don’t bother playing this game or spending ANY money on it. It’s even more unsupported and outdated than the original Bakery Story. There is no neighbor system. Just Facebook friends. No thanks. The app is glitchy at times. An example is I tap on a stove and the game thinks I’m trying to move it instead. Cannot store ovens! How annoying! Cannot get items to expand your bakery, shelf space, or store inventory fast enough, so you are always running out of shelf space for baking ingredients or bakery floor space. No events like Bakery Story. Even Restaurant Story 2 has more events.

I’ve been a long term player of these games, including restaurant story. I happened to get back onto the game after a few years, and wow. It doesn’t even work! My game isn’t working at all. :0 Please fix this!

I love playing this game but there are some major improvements that needs to be made hence my 3 stars review. For one, please please please let us be able to store the appliances or items in our bakery that we do not use. That has the be the most frustrating issue ever. For example: I don’t use the bread oven at all, and it is taking up needed space in my bakery. Second, please please please give us the option to add friends with our Storm ID, instead of using Facebook. I dislike having to use my Facebook and to top it off only 1 of my friends from Facebook actually plays the game, so that option isn’t really helpful especially when we’re trying to obtain quickserves. I hope these improvements can be made! Thank you!

Every time I tap on an item it just zooms in on that item a lot. The game completely skipped the tutorial for some reason, meaning that I have no idea how to do anything. No display for how many coins you have.

Wow, $50 bucks for having my phone in my pocket

Well I just spent $50 on gems in this app because I had my phone in my pocket and when I grabbed my phone it authorized a purchase for $50. The loading time is super slow, the storage needs to be changed where the things needed to build or expand don’t count in your storage. I liked it until it just cost me $50.

Forced Reset

The most recent update screwed up my profile and reset everything to the very beginning of the game! To make it worse, I can't click anything on the game screen and all the menu options have disappeared. Whenever I try to open the game it crashes as well, what is going on? This was awesome.....
