Fun game but keeps freezing

The game keeps freezing and refreshing and you lose coins and energy every time. I’ve emailed them and they’ve given me extra energy but not the coins I lost. It gets annoying really fast

I’ve been emailing leaving reviews and everything under the sun. YOUR GAME DOES NOT WORK WITH IPHONE X. I can’t click on ingredients because they’re off screen. I love this game but I can’t play it.

Loved this game for over a year but no longer can play bc it doesn’t fit on the xr screen. Ingredients are unreachable or hidden

I have been a fan of this game but playing this game highly annoys me now. Ever since I got my iPhone X I don’t like playing. With the new phone the screen placement of a lot of the game is off. You can’t see the hearts of the customers and many objects that I need to be able to click on for making the desserts is covered by the menu option or the pause button or the home line for sliding out of apps for the actual phone. I have seen other ratings commenting on this problem as well dating back months and it seems like you haven’t done anything to fix it. You can guarantee I am not wasting my time playing this game anymore if I can’t actually play 100% of the game. Also please do not comment on here saying that you are having the developers fix it when clearly you aren’t!

This game is super super cute! Probably one of the best baking games I’ve ever played. However, there are many bugs and glitches. And I know it takes time to fix these things. But I’ve been playing this game for a little over a year now and I would end up taking long breaks from it because certain levels were glitching, or the tasks weren’t completing. I would waste much energy and time trying to complete these, only to but left frustrated. (I would include money, but I’ve never personally found it really worth spending the money unless they have good deals. I like that they give you free energy for a specific time but, I don’t have 2hrs+ to waste the energy for so little crystals.) I like the events that were added, but those glitch worse. I’ve wasted 4 gold coins on this recent one just trying to play one level and it never even started. But other than the bugs, really! This game is super cute and super fun! ?????

I love this game so much I have been playing it since before had my son since before I was pregnant i have played this game a total of 3 years I played it on an LG and then on an iPhone 6s now I am playing it on an iPhone XR and it’s so hard to play because it looks like the screen got larger so I don’t have space to click on the ice creams at the bottom or see how many hearts my customers have on top can you guys please fix this problem so I can get to playing it again like I used too please

This game is a lot of fun, however the latest update has created an issue with not getting rewards for watching videos. I wanted 3 and got 1 energy.
