Always favors computer

Random rolls are not random. I am on the bar spots 6 and 2 are the only ones blocked. I rolled a 6 and 2 three times in a row while the computer got doubles twice. After this happened two games in a row, I deleted it.

Good game

Good backgammon game. Smooth play. There are times I believe the game stacks the roll of the dice in its favor, no proof-just very close losses.

The game is very frustrating when it "cheats". I finally think I'm going to win a game on the hard level and the computer rolls more doubles in the one game than I can roll in 5 games. So I decided to keep track, on the average, I get one set of doubles in a 5 game set while the computer averages 8 sets of doubles in each game for a total of 40 in a 5 game set. No matter how good you think you are, you cannot win. ???

I enjoy playing this game, it keeps my skills sharp....so I can beat my husband!

Could be a good game but...

Ongakugadaiskii

The difficulty level is clearly not base do game play but on choosing the roll of the die for the computer. The more difficult the setting, the greater the odds that the computer lands on you or gets doubles, etc. This is a huge failure. Difficulty MUST BE based on game play

More annoying than fun

This game really rubbed me the wrong way. OK, it's got ads--no big deal. But launching the App Store? Not cool--that blew away an app search I had been doing. As for the gameplay: the sounds are annoying, there's no "confirm move" option, auto-roll works only for the AI in single-player mode, combo moves aren't supported (if you want to use both moves for a single checker, you have to make two separate moves), undo isn't limited to the current move, there are no historical statistics, etc. This is strictly an amateur effort by a dev who doesn't really know the game.

Great

Lots of fun.

The revised game is much, much harder and seems computer biased to win.

error in programming

All too often the computer says there are no valid moves when you can clearly see from the roll of the dice that there are indeed moves that can be made. Very frustrating!
