You NEVER beat the computer. Ever.

My husband and I play all the time. Not once have we beat the computer. It'd make us want to play more if we had any hope we'd have a chance of winning, but the computer 'ironically' gets the perfect dice roll more often than not.

Good gameplay. Lol at fools who think dice are rigged, it's because you set your checkers up in positions for unfavorable rolls. Developer I would pay $$ for a rewind / undo feature so I could study my mistakes on previous boards.

Don’t waste your time with this game. I can’t tell you how many times I had it dead to rights and the computer would get a succession of the most unbelievable rolls ever. Deleting this crap. If the game ever doubles you, do not accept. Very frustrating.

The algorithm for this game is flawed. The algorithm does not show a 50 to 50 ratio of win loss.I recommend any other Backgammon app but this one.

Even though the developer will tell you that the dice rolling is random it is definitely not.
Cheats constantly, unplayable.

Proof: The computer only doubles before playing a move that is guaranteed to hone in on the exact role needed. Backgammon is all about finding the perfect spread and being able to work with the most possible rolls. The computer doesn't work like this. The computer makes weird moves that have no strategy and then doubles down before the exact role that pays off. I have completely blocked in all of the computer's checkers three separate games and watched as roll after roll, I get the exact numbers needed to force me to move my fifth and sixth in so the computer can get its checker out, hit my straggler and ensure it is then I who is blocked off. No amount of assurance from the developer on other's comments will bring me back to this game. I have won maybe 10% of my games on medium mode. By the way, any dice game with difficulty settings, is going to cheat. That is the only way modes can exist in this game.

So lame. I’m amazed how I can be beating the computer and all of a sudden the computer just keeps getting doubles or something along those lines. I know how to play backgammon and for some reason my rolls are horrible compared to the computers. Totally rigged!
