Auto logout, crashes and stalls! Now nothing is working. Please please please fix. Was about to make a purchase! Other than the latest issues, I love the app and as long as it’s working, I’ll keep coming back.

The update removes the ability of the iPad app to rotate with the iPad...deleted app.

The company, their products, and customer service is always awesome but I’ve been using the app for quite awhile and I’m always having sign in issues or it crashes with my iPhone 7 and now my XR. I’ve talked to tech support and nothing changes. I’m always having to sign in even after a few hours between uses. Still no touch or Face ID to sign in? It’s not even allowing the Apple password auto sign in. App navigation is poorly designed too. Compared to REI’s app this one is 10 years behind. Please Backcountry, put some money into updating your app for once!

The app wasn’t the best to navigate but it was fictional. Now it’s a total mess; crashes frequently, my cart and wishlist don’t always show and occasionally there’s no back option after selecting a item. Please fix it. And yeah, it needs Apple Pay option.

With this new update I’m having a ton of issues. One of the most annoying is the inability to go “back” because the back button isn’t there when a sale banner is displayed at the top of the page.

I use the app regularly to search for equipment and make purchases. One of my favorite features is the wishlist. But the latest update removed the wishlist. What gives?

Back button not being fixed was a bad idea. There isn’t any option to send or share any longer? I have to log in every time to get my wishlist? App is inconvenient when wanting to do the little things. Need to redo the app update.

I hate the new update. The old version was easier to navigate. The wishlist isn’t on the side anymore. I can’t see all the products in one page. The look is just like the website, which wasn’t easy either. Great company, but the new app version- terrible.

It’s a web browser based app. What garbage. The engineers should be ashamed of themselves.

This app is complete junk and on top of that I can’t login to reset my password. I’m tired of wasting my time and will spend my $ and purchase elsewhere. Too bad really because my first experience buying from them was good.
