I have the occasional issue of logging in. “Technical difficulties” is the typical error I get. But doesn’t stop me from browsing. Hasn’t negatively impacted any of my purchases, so no marks against.

Backcountry is the best by far with customer service. When you call them they answer within just a few minutes and their staff is friendly and helpful.

This app is trash, I can’t ever sign in, my items never save and even in the off chance that I get lucky and can sign in I get booted directly off the app and have to go through the whole process again. For how great backcountry is, I can’t ever use. This needs to be fixed

To be fair, there are a few items that would do the “once or a twice year car camper” just fine. But, most of this stuff is blatantly aimed at a demographic who doesn’t really camp, thinks they camp, or want to “look good” whilst they get the Voss waters out of the back of their “cool” Subaru Crosstrek and really think they’re connecting with nature. But you make your stacks, Backgrounty, cant knock you for that. But as far as the people who gave this half assed attempt of calling themselves a pseudo outdoor outfitter 5 stars, ill buy your a Voss for you’re next camping trip. This buds on me.

I have purchased from Backcountry website before without issue. This app is horrible. Tried to place an order severally times, wasted a half hour. I’m done with Backcountry.

This app is impossible to get around in! I buy things from BC fairly regularly and I always end up having to bail out of the app and log in on my computer. Often, I just lose interest and never get around to making the purchase at all. Total disincentive to even shop with them!

One item with total 5 sizes and 10 colors, therefore user gets a drop down menu with 50 options! Man your devs are superb sloppy.

The app is terrible. Locating items is difficult, sorting a list is difficult. It logs me out all the time and then I can’t log back in because it says I already am??!! I try adding things to my cart, it says it was successful, then nothing in cart. Also, doesn’t show the item number in the description, so when calling customer service, I got treated like an idiot because the number should be there...guess what it’s not! Backcountry is a great company, just get a better app!

App crashes ALL THE TIME

I love Backcountry, but man, this app crashes alllllll the damned time. Hence why I only gave it three stars, I would have given it 1 star, but I like the company, and it would get 5 stars if they would fix the app.
