Can't get past the PIN entry

It would probably be a great app if it would stop giving a connection error when selecting a PIN! Since I can't get past that, two stars!!


Can't enter username and password

Looking forward to using this app, just can't get past the main screen. It won't allow me to enter my username and password.


The app works great! Super convenient.

As long as you create your account on the website first, the app works perfectly. The fastest way to make a reservation for backup care!


Mostly doesn't work

This app is great when I can get in to it. Usually I get an error message stating that the server isn't working or something like that when I enter my (correct) PIN number. So, this app has been mostly worthless to me.

At the login screen there's no way to type in anything like username or password. App doesn't seem to work at all.

Far from production quality

It is not at all in production quality. (1) After logging in, I am prompted to set up a new passcode. After setting it up, I may login a couple of times using the passcode thankfully. Next time, however, after typing the passcode, it doesn’t proceed and so I have to log out. Then it asks my login credentials and them prompt to set up the passcode. (...infinite loop...) (2) It cannot search a center near my location. It kept returning 0 result on the app, but it worked well on the website from my PC. Bottom line: This is a useless app for now.

This is absolute garbage. Hit 3 unending load screens before actually making into my account, where I hit another load screen that never went away to allow me to actually DO anything. Delete and reinstall, finally get in to start a reservation. Then it fails when finalizing my reservation. Re-try, to be told that since I started a reservation I cannot proceed and must revert to the website (which I would have used in the first place if that were actually an option at the moment). I get an app failing, but they’ve put absolutely NO THOUGHT into how to make sure it fails gracefully. It’s like the developers of this app have never used an actual mobile app before. Odd choice if you ask me, but apparently pissing off their users is acceptable if it shaved a few pennies off of developing the app. I assume no one who works there have ever tried to use his POS. Save yourself the headache and use their website or use the app to call their phone number. It’s all it is good for.
