I’m trying to make reservations for my company’s COVID-19 Backup Crisis Care reimbursements. You cannot complete registration on his app BECAUSE you cannot enter your STATE of residence. This experience is a complete negative thus far. Not happy at all

I wish there was a zero review. Horrible customer service. No matter what time you call there is no one to answer. The app is not working and their website keeps crashing.

This place is an absolute joke. You sit on hold for 3 hours and when you finally get ahold of them they don’t even reserve your care right. I have sent 8 emails to this company telling them I need someone to call me and try to help me figure out how to use this and I have not received an email or call about it. They honestly don’t even desvere 1 Star. They have done absolutely NOTHING to impress me. Trash company.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. This service is supposed to be there to help through this pandemic. You can’t reach anyone by email or phone. When you do submit an email using their system you get a generic email response. I’ve been waiting to be reimbursed for 25 days now and I still haven’t been. I don’t know what my employer was thinking using a service like this. I will submit feedback to my employer to not ever use this company again. They aren’t there to help people in a crisis and it’s sad!

I have been trying you not crisis care for two months now. My benefit shows I have 20 days left and I can not sign in to the app keeps stating at this time back up care is not available. This has to be the most ridiculous thing I ever seen for childcare. Disappointed
Cannot add payment options.

Cannot add any type of payment info so cannot setup service. I know how to use technology. Fix your app!
General Error

I can input all my details to reserve care but when I hit submit I get a general error saying “an error has occurred while processing this request”. No other details given for me to fix. Before the update it worked great. Please push through an update ASAP.
Can’t book backup care

After inputting all my details, I get a an error when I submit my request for backup care. I had to open up a browser on my laptop to reserve backup care.
