I thought this app would be easier for everyone to use. Turned out there list wasn't updating and I ended up with so many exchanges it's ridiculous. Emailed the company and this is what they had to say. Don't waste your time! Seriously how can she help now? Fix your app! It looks like your Amazon registry was transferred to our site multiple times which could have led to duplicates on your Babylist registry. Also, as separate registries we can not update each other on what has been purchased etc. In this case it may have been better to link the registry instead of transferring the items. I know this doesn't help you now. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience and am sorry you are having to deal with so many returns now. I know those can be very frustrating. Gone are the days of putting 2-4 registry cards in your invites. Just put your Baby List registry card and add items from any store! It’s super easy. It’s also great if your on the go and see something you like you can add it right away.

After reading reviews of people’s family/friends having trouble buying things off the registry I decided to just use this app to make myself a registry FOR MYSELF. It’s too early for me to start buying things for myself but this app helps me keep track of the things i do want to buy eventually (such as decor from Etsy/Amazon) and also to buy when I find out the gender. I’m not gonna open it up for everyone I’ll probably just register at Target for everyone else and ask for gift cards lol.

I got a customer service email shortly after I got started! It was not an automated message, and Amani asked me if I had any questions at all! She told me customer service can sometimes restore an item if you accidentally delete it and then point me to a checklist to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

This app has been super helpful!! The only thing I wish it collected was addresses for Thank You notes when you reserve something or receive a gift!! Babylist having the guides, own store, price comparison, and overall helpful information has been fantastic!!

I used this with our first and now with the app it is even easier to use! Love that you can add any item from any store and add multiple purchase locations for others to see.

So easy to use, love that it made me a personalized checklist based off the short questionnaire, and love that you can add from any site so easily!
