I’d like to take this time to say I’ve used this app on the job an off the job maybe one of the best navigation apps I’ve ever used an still use thank you for the update on tech
Unusable with iOS 15 on iPhone 13.

The app requires me to re-download all the maps I have already purchased and when I launch the app to download them, I get an error message. Fix the bug, Avenza and I’ll give you something more than zero stars. Right now, you’re WASTING the $50 I have already spent on purchasing maps through your app.

When I asked about maps for Alabama, they immediately responded. Said it may take awhile but that’s ok.
No navigation

The navigation is basically a compass with a distance to your destination. You can’t see your location on the maps realtime or provide turn by turn direction. Useless
Bad decision to get this extortion app

Both my wife and I got this app in order to use the maps for Tennessee state parks. It worked ok at first even though the maps are basically a joke. I purchased maps for several state parks we wanted to visit. A year later the app no longer works with the maps we already paid for and demands we upgrade to a $30 a year subscription service. I will be registering a complaint with Tennessee State parks and with Apple on this bait and switch app.

Used this daily for my job out in wildland firefighting and now using it for the snowboarding season and they have insanely detailed maps on my local spot. It has runs I swore only I knew about. Download this now.

I volunteer for a small nonprofit museum and frequently hike and explore the old area we focus on. With Avenza, when I come across an area of interest, I drop a pin to reference later and have hundreds of pins currently saved. I have a lot of old aerial photos and it would be helpful in the future if Avenza had a way you could overlay a photo and rotate/scale it allowing the user to line up roads etc and use as a new overlay but still, Avenza is an amazing thing to have.
