Send live audio or MIDI from one Audiobus-compatible app to another: add effects on top of your favourite synth, use your favourite step sequencer to drive the whole lot, and record it all in your favourite DAW, sampler or looper. Plug in a MIDI keyboard, run it through an arpeggiator or a key quantizer, and record the result in your DAW, or drive several different sound generators with a keyboard splitter. The possibilities are endless.

Then save your setup in a preset to be restored with one touch later on.

With a completely new MIDI routing system, support for Apple's new Audio Unit Extensions standard, a new built-in mixer, and huge new workflow improvements, Audiobus 3 represents a big step forward for mobile music making.

Audiobus has a rich community of over 900 great compatible apps, including:

- Korg Gadget
- GarageBand
- Launchpad
- Animoog
- Loopy HD
- Cubasis
- Amplitube

and many more. See the full list at http://audiob.us/apps.

Saved my life for live gigs!
Penadugas

I use Audiobus to route my guitar and keyboard patches through my dock interface and without this thing, I couldn’t play live with such a small feat footprint and such quality. Strongly recommend!

Brings it!
Hawkman Twizzle

This app brings it all together. I use Xequence 2 in the midi inputs to drive the various audio units in the outputs. I then send each one to Multitrack Daw which creates a track for each one automatically. You can’t do it like this with any other app. This beast brings it all together!

The best

A must have essential app for IOS musicians!
Musikman4Christ

One of the most revolutionary apps in IOS! This app literally jumpstarted a revolution for many desktop musicians who wanted more from music recording! This app brought me to IOS and I’ve never looked back! Thanks Michael (developer) for literally chaning the lives of countless musicians around the world! Long live Audiobus! If you’re serious about music recording and mixing, this app is it! Visit the Audiobus forums where many amateur and professional musicians usually frequent and help each other out as well as many music app developers get pro advice from real musicians and amateurs alike! I highly recommend this app! MM4C

How to train your dragon...er, iPad Pro and make some amazing music!!!
EVIGUY

I’m a longtime user of MainStage on my MacBook Pro and Mac Mini. My instrument of choice for electronic music is the Steiner MIDI EVI and more recently, Johan Berglund’s NuEVI. Audiobus 3 allows me the port of entry into using my iPad Pro as a sound source for making world class synth sounds that are musically responsive and texturally beautiful. A3 is simple, intuitive and stable. I can’t wait to see what’s next from their team!

A Must for Live iPad music
bbaron 21

I’m new to the ipad music scene as a praise band keyboardist, but this is the app that finally puts it all together. All the fun synth sounds, all the fun effects. This app helps control the different applications quickly and in a live environment. Thank you!

Great APP!
