Playback controls don’t appear when I play music on my iPhone. Of my Mac, the app wants an outdated runtime and when I click the link to install it (not too enthusiastically…) it loads a blank page. Overall, I’m just having an experience like the app is kind of falling apart. It also doesn’t seem to respect my metadata, like even though it sees the disc numbers I’ve assigned, it mixes all the tracks from multi-disc sets together. Sees track artists, but removes all Album Artists and makes me re-assign them. I would very much like to see an update to the app that addresses some of this stuff if I’m going to keep paying for my subscription.

The app won't open for me. I sent a support ticket to AudioBox support over two weeks ago and still haven't received a response. They (iCore Tech, Inc) got my $5 for 50 GB storage for the first month, but I cancelled it. Stay away!
