Terrible Bluetooth integration, constantly loses stream even in strong cellular service, if going from Wi-Fi to cell or simply to a different Wi-Fi network it stops streaming and often requires a refresh - and then drops a brand new ad segment as you try to tune back in. It’s a terrible listening experience
Unpleasant to use

It forces you to click through tips on how to find the play button which is tasteless and unnecessary. Mother app doesn’t seem to start audio from the channel you last listened to. Navigation requires needless clicks to start listening to content. That content takes too long to start.
Constant crashing and freezing

This app crashes and freezes multiple time, every time I use it. It has been this way from the start with no improvements. Not to mention the endless ad loops that happen from time to time. If you have an alternative app, I would highly recommend using it.

app will never resume where you left off. If you pause for more than 5 seconds - you have to find the spot you left off. worst app ever

I used to listen to Boomer and Carton (now Boomer and gio) on the tune in app which was amazing. They switched to audacy some time ago. This app always has connectivity issues, always crashes always freezes it's incredibly bad. Perhaps the most annoying thing is when you use the rewind feature. I'll be listening to a show that aired earlier, pause it and if you opens different app while it's paused or accidentally lock your phone the app jumps to live and you lose your spot and have to rewind again, this is crazy how this isn't fixed. Also when you use rewind and fast forward it will say you're listening to a certain time but in fact it's actually something you've already heard then you have restart the rewind process all over again. HORRIBLE. FIX YOUR APP.

I’ve contacted you before with this issue and it seemed to get resolved for a while. Now it’s back to endless ad loops that will go on for seven to ten minutes unless you X out of the app and refresh. And sometimes that doesn’t even work. Can only assume by now that you’re aware of it and condone it. I see others airing the same complaint. Don’t expect anything to change, but…

This app used to be ok. But it just keeps getting worse and worse. I currently can’t even get it to load, and this has been happening a ton lately. I wanted to listen to Bills post game show and NOPE. Same problems as usual

Update: 2022-01-16: The app stops playing constantly. I have to close the app and relaunch it every time it stops playing. Very frustrating and not worth it.
