Love this app

I absolutely love this app and watch some of my favorite shows on here. Always bookmarks where I leave so I can finish up my show the next time I watch.
Why the bad reviews?

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. If you are expecting a full on cable experience with a million channels, yea the app isn't for you. But you can see what 35 channels are offered. They are the only channels I personally watched when I had cable. I also like the “on demand” option. They are a little slower then hulu on getting the most recent episode but I am ok with that. The only negative about this is only one person can watch at a time. And you have to make sure you log out or completely exit when you’re done or it’ll say someone is still logged in. Other then that, love this app

My wife was barking and then fell asleep. It’s a bittersweet app. On one hand she fell asleep. On the other hand she fell asleep before sex.
TVOS version of app needs attention

1. I have to click through a splash screen to get to the content. Dumb. 2. How often channels buffer before loading. 3. That I keep getting logged out after nearly every session now (I sleep AppleTV between uses). This didn’t used to happen. For such a large company, this app laughably bad. The interface is pretty decent when it works, but points 1 and 2 have been there the entire time I’ve used this app.

So not only does it show you 115 secs of ads every five minutes but good luck if you have to stop watching for a moment it will reset the show back to to beginning. So if you come back and try to skip forward guess what MORE ADS this is a horrible app for a service that I pay for get it together AT&T

You call AT&T and complain that the app is not working and they always tell you they are working on it but it never changes and sometimes the app works in some devices but then in others it doesn’t. So it’s kind of playing games with you because sometimes will be fine and then it will ask you to login and it won’t work. I’m done trying and having to deal with it.

This service is a bit of a scam. I now pay for channels that I can’t use on my phone because the app gives me an error while signing me in. I have a roku, which means I can’t watch on my tv because they decided to alienate roku, even though the ads claim it does work on roku. I can’t wrap my head around why they would roll out a premium plan with such horrible service. AT&T, look at your ratings and comments on the App Store and on your website. No one is happy and it’s enough to make me change my plan in the next month if it’s not fixed.

Glitchiest app ever

I love the possibilities that come along with this app but it glitches more than any app I’ve ever had. Sometimes it says someone else is streaming when there’s not. Other times it won’t give me the option to connect to my chrome cast which I’ve connected to many times. It also often says that there’s an error and I need to force close or restart my phone. It’s a hot mess that needs a lot of fixes.
