Highly Frustrating

Does not work consistently and periodically goes offline with a “oops sorry for the inconvenience” error message. Have been stuck with this message for the past week and this is not the first time this has happened. Tested it on the PC/browser and it seems to be working fine there but has not been working on iOS/tvOS. When it works it is not bad but very frustrating when it does not - such a sham/e.

OMGOSH IT IS WAY TOOOO MANY ADS I CANT EVEN ENJOY A SHOW WITH OUT BETWEEN 6-8 ads in between. Sometimes when the ads end another set starts it’s very irritating!! Please do something about the ads!!!!

The AT&T app works great on my cellphone but when I try to stream it to my television it freezes and buffers constantly . Very frustrating to the point that I don’t even bother trying to stream anymore

Have never been able to log in or load this. Att charges extra for this and you can’t use it way to be a huge company that charges for broken software.

With all the negative reviews I was skeptical but being that it’s free with my AT&T Unlimited plan I tried it out and it works just fine. I’ve actually cancelled my $140 a month VeriZon Fios plan and pay only for internet because it offers the channels that I watch Discover, History, Animal Planet, Food Network, Starz and AMC. I purchased a digital antenna for local news and I use the app for the cable channels. I can’t complain about it, it’s saving me $140 a month. I bought a USB to HDMI dongle so I can stream it to my TV. If you’re a AT&T Unlimited customer it’s worth using it cost you nothing.

I have attempted to use this benefit from AT&T since getting my unlimited data for my family before Christmas 2018. Every time I try to log is I get one of two replies; the username and password does not match OR oops something went wrong try again later. I have reset my password multiple times, verified my username and still nothing. Please give a link to contact customer service or tech support to submit a trouble ticket.
