I want my money back!!! I signed up for the 30 day free trial, they took my money on the 5th day. I canceled it because the search was too wide a range and they still haven’t refunded me my money. This was months ago. Buyer Beware!!!

What a waste of money and time. Who ever gave it 5 stars saying it was extremely accurate is completely wrong. I have checked this app to other installed apps like Find My Friend or Find My iPhone app and it has always been way off. One day it even reported my kid was 1500 miles away when I was sitting in the room next to him. Will not continue to waste my phone space or money on this junk.
Clunky user interface, hard to cancel

I found the app cumbersome to set up (lots of texts between numbers involved), and the user interface was not terribly straightforward—wound up several times in an inescapable loop, unable to get to the map showing people’s locations. Costs $10/month to use, billed through iTunes, which made canceling difficult. AT&T rep will tell you they can’t remove the service because it’s billed thru iTunes—persist! It can be done.
Incorrect location

For the passed week when I trace a phone it tells me it's 30 yards away from me and the phone is literally next to me. This is very misleading because if I ever do loose my phone I will never recover it because the location is inaccurate. Please fix this issue

It's fairly accurate as to the location (usually within a couple of miles radius). I hope to see continued improvement as technology advances.
