Useless. Great if you want to know where your family is within a half a mile radius of it works at all.

I don't use it unless it is an emergency. I try to respect my children's privacy, so I have only used it when they can't find their phones. Believe I used it three times and it was right on. Good thing to have in your back pocket.
Complete waste, plus the “free” 30 day trial is a lie

The app is inaccurate, and a waste of money. I shouldn’t have had to pay anything because I was using the free trial, but that’s a lie. Also I actually had to call the company to cancel it and then have to listen to several sales pitches about different products and get told I was being charged for my free trial.

This app is very location accurate. The first time I used it, it took me straight to my vehicle that was taken by my boyfriend. It was awesome. I was able to retrieve my belongings with no problem. The circle is not what you should focus on, when you get a ping, then hit the history tab and it will show you the exact address where the phone was pinged. Great product!

It shows too big an area for me to guess where my daughter may be. I’m looking for a different app.

La app deberían revisarla. El círculo es muy amplio es necesario que busquen la menea de cerrarlo para que sea más específica la búsqueda. Un radio de hasta 10 ó 5 metros es válido. Pero está dando radios de 1 o más millas.
Inaccurate - Don’t count on it.

Inaccurate! I live in So CA where there are plenty of Cel towers etc. I got this in case of emergencies for my elderly parents, and teens at $9.99 mo. Not worth more than $1.00. The location is inaccurate anyways. It might be a few blocks or even 7 miles off. If trying to locate the same family member three times, I’m likely to get three different locations including in other cities. That really alarmed me when my kids were younger and supposed to be in school!
Don’t use this app!!!

I signed up for the 30 day free trial, they took my money on the 5th day. I canceled it because the search was too wide a range and they still haven’t refunded me my money. This was months ago. Buyer Beware!!! I want my money back.

App was not at all what I thought it was going to be. The location was never correct and at times was not even in the same general area. Too top things off I’m not able to cancel my subscription via the app, the App Store or even through customer service. I’m stuck paying for a subscription that I don’t use. Thank you AT&T!
