$10 a month is nonsense! Tried to locate my son and it gave a huge area he may be in. When it did give a specific address it was still way off! Totally not worth the fee at all! Now we use find friends and it’s accurate to the area of house we are sitting in. And it’s FREE!
Inferior product

Setup process was cumbersome, but the greatest problem was the lack of location specificity. Even with all phone settings maximized, the “circle” identifying the location of my son was either a 10 block radius or verifiably off where he actually was by at least a 1/4 to 1/2 mile. Granted, I’ve only used this app for about a day now, but having sampled its results several times now, I’m sick of this high an error rate. The Life 360 is far more accurate, easier to use, and offers a volume of associated data that this app does not. Guess I’m sticking with life 360.

I can believe this app is unbearable I work for att corp. ( I do not work for app support. ) the app is unstable and takes forever to locate any phone on my plan. Freezing auto quit and many other performance issues. I wish we could have better apps. Lord knows we aren’t a garage corporation. We are a multi billion dollar entertainment corporation.

This is truly an inferior product. Generally just gives you a very broad area of where the phone may be. Canceling it seems impossible. You can’t do it through the App and when you call AT&T they say they can’t cancel it. You have to do it through iTunes they say, but there is no way to do that.

Prepare to be ultra paranoid because this app will tell your entire family is on a mountain top every half hour. Totally not accurate or reliable just like att 4G. Oh, and good luck canceling it.

Radius is so large. I expect something I pay for to be at least the same as find my friends, which is free.

I got this through the ATT site and wanted to cancel it but now I can’t it says to call ATT but when you do they say they can’t do this since it’s iTunes billed. It won’t show up as a subscription under your account so you have to got to Apple support and have it refunded. Now att can’t remove it from my att account it even says this service can’t be removed.
