Takes forever and some times doesn’t work at all

Half the time it never updates. The the times when it does, it takes forever. It took at least 4 1/2 hours to update 100 photos today. Horrible!!

I want to download a picture and often times it tells me it’s not able to download. Other than that it works OK
Can’t access photos online to download

Nothing I seem to do allows me to download anything it uploads. The website keeps trying to tell me to download the app and get started. As usual ATT is useless is helping.
Moving to album needs work

When I select a photo to move to an album within the app, only a few of my albums are displayed. Otherwise, I really like this app to keep my phone storage clear.

I have been battling issues with this app fpr last 5 days and getting the run around from att to Asurion!! I just need help. Will the developer of this app or people who directly work with this app communicate with me please. I need my pictures back!! I have spoken to several att ProTech support and Advanced tech support with att they said I need Ausrion and when I call them unless I report a fake insurance claim I can’t actually talk with Asurion without being transferred back to att. Please I need direct contact with this app people who run it. Phone call would be awesome as this issue is hard to explain Updated to the response that has been days later. I am still without the use of this app and I have sent many emails to the address you out in your respond. No answer from thAt. Guess I’ll try again. Been having issue since 01/02/22. Shane it’s taking this long. Guess y’all don’t care very much

I wish I could say this app was helpful, but I’ve been “saving” my pictures and deleting them from my device, then when I go to see them they never load, so I end up looking at black squares. I can’t trust it. Disappointed.
App is no longer working and I can not restore my photos and videos ?

When I upgraded my to my new iPhone, the app is no longer working and I can not retrieve my stored photos.
