Can’t see old photos saved

Can’t look at old photos since upgrading my phone.

Doesn’t Back-Up when you don’t have app open??

Claims to be backing up while app isn’t open. Doesnt work, but requires you to have your precise location on 24 hrs. Yeah no thanks. What’s the point of the app then? 15 a month for something any other app can do for cheaper.

ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED… I contacted them and they do not contact you back … they will only contact you on this review section… they make it look as it they are genuinely concerned and want to help… but they don’t. ZERO RESPONSE!! Afraid my photos are gone forever … incredible with the lack of accountability - like so many things right now - make promises that cannot be kept - they do whatever looks and sounds good and cannot deliver the final product knowing you do not have much clawback … it’s all so gross… Dear developer… why do you not respond to my EMAILS outlining the issue? Several have been sent … got nothing back from you!!!

App worked fine then for some reason it needed an email verification, that I completed. Then a text message code. I’ll stick to the apple cloud as well as my 2 terabyte computer for storage. I don’t need my pictures backed up with an art app anymore. Too much trouble

I just started using AT&T photo storage and I am very pleased with it so far! It appears to be very easy to work with. As soon as I can I am going to dump Google photos and just use Amazon!

The AT&T storage makes me feel like I have a safety net that will always file and store for a later time of need or pictures!!! It is very user friendly but the work is almost done for you by grouping the items by similarity so you can go though those groupings and edit some more to save space!! This is a great service for someone like myself because I will not remember what I have saved in the past or already have a copy saved!!!
