I uploaded my pictures to the app, which took weeks. Then, whenever I tried to retrieve the photos, it never loaded. The photo storage is below sub-par and so is Asurion’s customer service. Highly do not recommend.

The app generally works well with little to no issues. However, I think it would be great if there was support for apple pro raw photo uploading. It was a little jarring seeing a majority of my photos not backing up initially. It would also be great to provide the option for the user to choose whether or not to allow the phone to keep backing up photos even with low battery. Overall, I am happy with the service. Yet, being able to share photos as a link would be incredibly useful and take full advantage of the apps storage capabilities. Seems a bit rudimentary trying to share photos from the app only to be restricted to a few at a time through traditional email.
