I used this app Sat. night. When I ordered, I checked my order status. It said I had no orders, so I ordered again-same thing. Gave up. Pretty soon they delivered two identical orders. $8 wasted.

Missing multiple Seating areas

This app does not allow several sections to input their seat. Majestic has Right, Right Center, Center, Left Center and Left on the Mezzanine level. This app only has the option for Mezz Left & Mezz Right. WTH?!

The checkout process is horrendous, takes forever and utilizes PayPal - ATG doesn’t even process their own payments. It’s like buying your drinks on eBay. Nice thought but would rather stand in line next time. Clean up this app please!!!!

Super clunky working the app. It doesn’t let you choose a type of soda if you order a box (at The Majestic). Order came quickly.

I tried to order with this app and it kept saying ‘can’t process order’. So, I tried several more times without any success. I never got any order, but found out they charged my card 5 different times and have not refunded me.

We have come to the Saenger Theater in Nola and the last three times my bestie and I have tried to use this app, each time it says it’s unavailable and no longer taking orders! It’s a half hour before the show starts, up until the showing and it’s the same unavailable message. Does it ever work?!?! Disappointed.

From super excited at finding this app to totally disappointed!!! Ordered preshow goodies at the Savoy Theatre, London and didn’t get a single thing. Talked to two people regarding my order and still nothing showed up by intermission. So bummed. This app does not work!!! Has potential if the powers that be fix it.

When entering your seat information, the keyboard completely covers the text fields and the submit button, which means that it is both impossible to see what you are typing and it's unnecessarily difficult to click on the button to continue to next screen.
