Does what it’s supposed to, but often crashes

Fairly minimal app. You can load $ in, pay with a QR code, and it shows you rewards. I don’t use order ahead because I get pour overs from the brew bar and those are not listed in the app menu (but I would use order ahead a lot if they were!). My primary gripe is that the app crashes very frequently. I will tap to open it, it will load and then immediately disappear. It will crash multiple times in a row and I have to race against it to pull up the QR code. I use the app several times per week and this happens probably every other time I go to pay. I can get it to open long enough to pay eventually but it isn’t ideal.

Jan/2021 I haven’t used the app in over 2 years because the security issues are still not addressed. Possibly, if the app integrates Apple Pay, I would consider trying it again. Oct:2018: Only way to load money on card is with a credit card from the phone. Many security and privacy issues with that. Can't load using cash while at the store, like your could with the older gift card approach. Additionally, points are almost worthless now. Might as well not bother with the app.

Cumbersome process and slow app. You have to add credit to your account before even ordering and can’t enter your card info upon checkout. Update please!

Not a fan of the reward system that requires you to pay in app in order to be rewarded with points. You’re getting customers money either way. Reward them for their loyalty. There are PLENTY of Starbucks that are willing to accept a dollar.

Even the employees apologize for the Klatch app. It tries to time arrivals and add delays when there is no need. Adding funds is clunky. To order a menu item you have to specify everything you want on it rather than just serving it the way it appears on the menu. Time for a redesign.

I suggest adding a page where you can see previous orders, pending orders, and/or receipts? I just ordered and cannot find where to find my receipt to check my drink.

Have tried to place orders a few times over last few weeks. From random database errors to simply not being able to check out and buy coffee this app fails. So many other coffee shops have apps that work. Please fix it!

I Love Klatch coffee. This app needs work. It feels like an old website to me. My drink size reverted to a smaller size at checkout, too.

The app double charged me for a single purchase. The store told me initially they couldn’t do anything about it and to contact help on the app. I did so and was told that my refund would be issued in 10 days. After multiple emails to resolve it, my refund still hasn’t been processed over a month later. I did follow up after the 10 days and still no response. Very disappointed as I enjoy Klatch Coffee so much!
