I was very much enjoying this app until I received a notification that I had won a free year’s worth of pizza. I was so excited!! Now I find out that I may be one of several people who received this in error. Very disappointing.

Downloaded app while waiting in line @ PI Craft. Download was easily but signup just clocked. By the time I got to checkout, I couldn’t use the app. The cashier said “I get that complaint from a lot of people, it happens all the time....”

So there was the big “oopsie” when they accidentally emailed everyone they won free pizza for a year. That was bad enough. But I just found out that even though you have to put all of your contact info in to open an account, the restaurant can’t actually see that info so if, for instance, you place an order via the app and they can’t accommodate it (they ran out of crust), they have no way to contact you to tell you that. So you waste your time going all the way there only to find out that you’re out of luck. And hungry. Also, if you have a reward that you want to use (free pizza), you can’t actually use that as payment when you order through there app. You have to dine in to use it. Worthless. Don’t bother getting this app.

This app is so painful to use. I am tired. I don’t want to stand in line and talk to people. I want to push a button, walk in, and walk out. I’m literally being strong-armed to be social because your app won’t let me split a bill with a gift card and a credit card. That just seems silly. Furthermore, why wouldn’t you be able to add a card when you are checking out? This was a terrible user experience. If you are hiring a UX person, or an app developer please let me know.

I can’t sign in to app. Tells me I have account. Asks if I want to have ANOTHER email sent to confirm. I select yes. I never sends one. Got to my local Pi Craft and the manager tells me the app is bad and she gets this complaint daily. Why is this still a problem ? Please fix this.

Still waiting on my account to be created, can’t order through their website or grubhub or the phone, I can’t even order for pickup, this is such a waste of time.
