My favorite game now unplayable... :(

This game is awesome, however it’s unplayable on the newest iPhone models. The notch on the new phones completely blocks necessary parts of the game (like accessing dream cards for dreamscape). Also, because of the new swiping to shut down applications being so close to the card area in game, swiping your cards can actually close your gaming session accidentally. Both of these makes the game mostly unplayable at this point. Too bad. I’ll change the review once this is addressed.

Own the board game and got the app for a long flight. Was not disappointed and made the time fly by. No issues playing on a IPad Pro.

It’s a great game, or at least it was. I upgraded to the new iPhone and now I can’t access the dreamscape section of the game. I hope this gets fixed soon so I can play the full game again.

Fun game, terrible servers and UI

As title says, great game when it works correctly. Constant server issues, lack of games available, overpriced packs, and the terrible UI drag this down from a 5 star game to a 2 star game. By poor UI, I mean any time you go to drag a Mystic, Heavy Infantry, etc from the top, it can log you out of the server. Same goes for checking on your Constructs. What a horrible layout for iPhone users.

I absolutely love this game and play it every day online. However, the UX desperately needs some updates. Everything works great except for around the edges of the screen on iPhone X and newer. Anytime you swipe to move a card from the bottom or top of the screen, it closes the app or triggers Notification Center, which either logs you out of the account or crashes the app. PLEASE change something to fix this as it is super annoying. I've seen other apps where you have to swipe twice to trigger returning to the home screen or NC, please at least do this!

I enjoy the game, but a couple of weeks ago it stopped working on my iPhone. At some point, the game will crash, and then continue to crash when reopened.

My favorite iPad game but a buggy mess

I play this game nearly daily, and have bought most of the expansions. Unfortunately, it crashes every 3-4 games. I play against a single ai with multiple expansions and part way through some games it will get to a state that forces an exit. When in re-open the game, the previous session is available but attempting to play it crashes immediately. I then have to delete the session and start over. This game also looks terrible on iPhone 11. No attempt has been made to update the art for the screen.

I played this game all the time and for years. Then they decided to give it an overhaul which has made it one of the most frustrating experiences with the iPhone X. They built the game so that every turn I’m swiping between apps instead of engaged in play. I got so frustrated I put it down and just tried it again after a year—still unplayable! Developers, please figure out how to make this work on the iPhone 10 and beyond.

This used to be my favorite game- i bought all the dlc, played hundreds of games online and local, and even bought the physical board game. Then they changed the UX and now it’s awful :( Please bring back the old UX! I have completely stopped playing because it’s too frustrating.

It’s fun playing against a friend(s). Online play, you may sit in the lobby for a while and time limit for opponent is horrible. They can sit it out and take no penalty. Offline mode, the computer makes impossible moves with runes and armor they don’t have, frequently.
