Love it! Please update

ReoRayearth

I have had this for a while now and also own the physical copy. With the physical copy, there’s an expansion called Gift of the Elements. Please update this to include that expansion. It’d be a lot of fun.

Great game! More bundles though

Costeezy!

It’s a great, addicting, and strategic game. I’d prefer purchasing bundles of the new expansions instead of each individually. We need more bundles.

Love this game, BUT...

meagylou

I have been playing this game both on Tabletop and my phone for well over a year, and I really enjoy it, but the lag and lately freezing of the app is getting unbearable. No updates in eight months, and I’m getting frustrated, this game deserves better

Great game with expansions installed, but flawed AI

Tivor

In its free vanilla setup, the game is only ok and gets old quickly. What you can do is severely limited by what cards are available on your turn, and it feels like how you perform is completely dictated by pure luck. With the $5 expansion bundle pack (which includes the first three expansion sets as well as the first three promo card packs), your options open up immensely, and your ability to chain combos and maximize your cards' use, instead of pure luck, will often determine whether you win or lose. The $5 bundle pack is absolutely necessary and completely worth it if you want to get the maximum enjoyment out of this game. The problem -- and the reason why I knocked off one star -- is that, with the expansion packs installed, the AI gets a serious case of "analysis paralysis." Playing against three AI opponents at high difficulty settings, it's not uncommon to have to wait 3-4 minutes before it's my turn again. The AI routines need some serious overhaul and optimization. The upside is that the AI provides a good amount of challenge, and forced me to get good with chaining combos before I could beat them. Still, the slow AI keeps me from making additional purchases of expansion packs. New sets of options to consider can only add to AI's analysis paralysis, and it just does not seem worth it. (Hear that, devs? Your inefficient AI routines are keeping customers like me from making additional purchases! Fix it!)

Broken AI, memory leaks

HeatherTheBest

There have been reported bugs for years but they have never released a fix. Recommend spending your money of game developers who fix bugs and care what their customers think. It's a shame, it would be a good game otherwise.

An Amazing Game Keeps Getting Better

This has been my favorite game for years, and each expansion reaffirms my love of the game. Playdek has implemented it with great backgrounds and music each time. They are a fantastic game studio, and this is just another great game adaptation.

Game itself is great BUT....

Marebear6991

I love the card game and app, but I cannot connect to the Game Center when my iPhone is not connected to WiFi. I enjoy single player mode but I don’t have internet where I live and want to be able to play against friends without going somewhere to connect.

Please just let me die

Viveleramen

Okay so I have gotten to the point where I have the ability to own all the cards and take infinite turns but the game keeps crashing and please just make it stop. I want to be done with this hell.

Good but buggy and crappy AI

Ranos131

I played the table top version with some friends and then downloaded the app so I could play and get some strategies down. While I have learned some things the AI is horribly bad. It has zero strategy and only plays to acquire or defeat every card it possibly can. It doesn’t try to play to faction strengths and can’t utilize many cards appropriately. In addition I’ve had multiple games freeze or glitch out. Most of them will freeze up while reloading. My most recent game I had left open while doing other things. When I went back in the app loaded as if I had exited. The game loaded successfully but at least 4 turns prior to where I had been and unable to play any cards rendering the game useless. It’s still fun but really annoying when you get a good game going and then lose it.

Some Issues With Mechanics, But Fun

A Fellow Developer

A great game, but I’ve noticed several instances where certain mechanics (mainly Rally from later expansions) do not trigger properly. It is most noticeable when you have a card that lets you Rally when you play a card that is not of the same faction, or the card is dual-factioned. A great game over-all though.
