I ran into some problems and tried to contact support. 7 days later and NO response at all. They obviously don’t care about players.....so why play. I recommend finding a different game

Still lot of bugs, if I win the fight and my app close before i take “reward” it steal my energy and give no victory. People with 2* higher AP are crushing me in duels, even I have white flag on that I cannot do any duels, they keep spam me with duels and I waste tons of energy. Pvp is just about hero spells, one aoe can basically ruin half of your army and freeze for 10 minutes For now it is only 1*, maybe increase number in future.

I dont even feel like giving it one star but have to.

Well with first thing. Mostly chinese in this games from china. Mostly doesn't speak english. Second those guys buy resources from third party which should ban the player but you guys don't do that, which i dont understand why? You rather let player cheat on foreigners and make foreigners waste their money and your country people get things with easy and cheap money? Isn’t that fraud? I like the translation part where we can understand each other but chinese people mostly say we do not understand. And i am in hyral for now probably will move. Because of hyral top players who should be helping the newbies telling them the tactics and ways of becoming powerful but they don’t help at all? What is the point of making house and adding people into if you don’t even help each other ? Only chinese help chinese what the hell is that? Racism? Really? If you have a question about things they don’t answer very rare people will answer. When they need help for void or any attack they push u to do so otherwise when we foreigners do then it doesn't matter ? Your rotation for heros are terrible in the shop to purchase. Resources are less and cost of training is high and the gold, silver troops training and healing time is sooooooooo long come on here people are attacking your castle and your army is taking hours and hours to heal? Is that fair? Even buying time with linaris is not enough, it seems like you want us to keep feeling your pockets and purchase linaris? Your hero purchase rate is fine but the resources with it sooooooo lame move 2k only? Its better don't feel pity don’t even give. 200 linaris for 10k wood, elixir, gold are you serious? That is too expensive, you need to lower the linari cost. Its too high. Please do something about making this game playable with all over the world people not just selfish people like i have experienced in hyral. If you allow us to buy from third party why not Allow all??? Hope you come up with some difference. And this teply you guys give lame as hell. You guys do not treat each player the same. They are scamming the game by letting other people hit their castle for resources and yet this is equal? You say i should report players but how? Wheres is report option? Lyin sack or stupid owner of this game. You chinese are racists. After this month i will stop playing coz of cheating player. You guys should check all top players in this game always wayyyyy ahead of everyone else. Because they cheat. In last event one person of hyral is on 6000 points and the second guys is 2000 how? When you guys dont sell potion bottles lets say he had 100 200 safe but loook at the difference ? Stop lying to people developers i will go complain apple store about your cheating game.

I’ve been playing this game for a few months now and have played on a few different servers. It’s ok until the massive difference in power between people who spend and others who don’t becomes very obvious and very sickening. You can have 300k power and be an experienced player and have your entire army wiped out by someone with less power but powerful bought heroes. The game favors the spenders and gives them the advantage so no matter how strong you think you are if you don’t spend money on heroes you will be wiped out by another player who does. This gives those who spend money a false sense of superiority and you will find them in the world chat bullying people verbally and if you dare talk back you will find yourself kicked out of your city and into the capital with an empty garrison and a demolished wall which can take months to rebuild. So everything you worked so hard for and all that time you spent building up thinking you had a fair chance were for nothing. It’s not an even play field and the advantage is always with those who spend money.

I played this game for a few spent money on it. Then came to realize people who are a Very high lvl can dual us low level people causing us to be routed to the capital over and over again. Please adjust this

I had deleted after playing it for a month. I have been trying to redownload it on my phone and it hasn't even got close to finishing. I left it to download overnight and it didn't complete the download. I don't know what to do but this is starting to get annoying.

If they made this a game of skill, it would be about the funnest game I’ve ever played. However, it just isn’t. If you don’t buy Jac, you will never ever beat anyone who has. Then, you’ll realize you need more heroes to be competitive, so you’ll buy those at $60-100 a pop. Then, you’ll run into a group of Chinese players that outnumber you 4 to 1 and they’ve all spent literally thousands on the game and you don’t have a legitimate chance against any of them. What’s more, they will ruthlessly gang up on and beat the crap out of anyone who isn’t Chinese. Then, you may try start over and move to another server that they tell you will Be English only to try again, but you’ll sadly realize that the exact same thing happens on every server will be the same. If you aren’t willing to spend thousand on the game, and don’t want to have no chance against those who do, stay away from this game! There are two types of players in the game. The whales who spend thousands and the suckers they get to beat the crap out of. As long as they can bring in enough suckers to get spanked by the whales, they really don’t care about you. Oh, then the Chinese players will post replays of how they beat you to world chat and brag about how they beat the crap out of the ‘foreigner dog’. I had no idea Chinese people were so racist until I played this game. About 80% of them you interact with are like the Chinese version of white supremacists.

I started playing this game 6 months ago, enjoyed it. Made so many mistakes early on, found a nice Guild. Learned a ton, was really into this game and playing for hours...Then the Chinese infested the server, declaring all “foreigners” (non-Chinese) as enemies. They cyber-bully the mid-level players. For example, I had a Prince from one Kingdom, follow me around my own kingdom until I accepted a duel, after several declines, I accepted, only to get massacred, needing 12 hours to heal my troops. Basically, had to stop playing for the day. The Chinese won’t elected a “foreigner” to kingdom positions and when you get the votes for a new king, they get a couple cities for the day to get enough votes, then return them back to the kingdom which had it. I tried to move to a new server, without my noob mistakes, quickly grew strong, then the infestation happened, within a day or two, a kingdom grew 200-300k more per player, and the 6 members of the royal party, cyber-bullied all players. On the new server, with the addition of the Royal Guards, the players will move out of there cities to the capital whilst they are off line and leave the city with only Royal Guards, which makes capturing a city nearly impossible or exacting revenge improbable. The game is well designed but the servers are poorly ran and it has ruined the game, I am one of many who are deciding to move forward and quit. So please save yourself, you money and time and do not involve yourself, unless you have tens of thousands of dollars to compete with the Chinese.
