All I did was change my review from 5 stars to 1. Then I get a generic. Contact you with any issues?! I have contacted with issues. Never once have I received a helpful response. What's worse is your management of this game in general. With each update the game is made more unplayable for anyone who has been play but isn't a willing to spend a ton of cash. I am in a moderately powerful kingdom. And I am also reasonably powerful. With the most recent update, the "attackers" function has made it so if I were to attack ANYONE in the most powerful kingdom, I will be destroyed. What's more is that the most powerful kingdom can do as they please to everyone else. Including me and my house mates. We can't even revenge attack as a deterrent because if we do, we open our selves to endless revenge attacks. The stated reason for the update was to make so players could duel/attack more. It has done the reverse. Your in game response has shown you have no understanding of how your game is played.

This game is expensive to play and has the problems you would expect in the beta version of s game. Run, don’t walk, to some other game. I attempted to contact the developers several times in the game. Very few responses and zero resolutions. Sad.

This game is horribly hostile to those who pay hundreds of dollars. Why?? Cuz in the shop, these group of ppl never get good stuffs from shop and they never get good stuffs from the void mirror. I have another account playing this game where I did not spend a dollar. I ALMOST ALWAYS get attribute cards purchasable with GOLD, NOT LINARI, every-time the shop is refreshed. In addition, my another account has only gone through stage 41 of void mirror, yet it usually gets more attribute cards than my major account which has perfected all stages. In short, THE MORE YOU PAY, THE MORE UNLUCKY YOU ARE IN THE GAME.

The 95% is everything about the game, and the way it is, there does in fact need some changes (Personal changes too) to the game, the first would be the lag but it is understandable because it's such a big game, the second would be my personal problem. So, this problem that I have is at a campus which is Tulsa Tech in Broken Arrow, I try and play the game but it just will not load, it is really depressing when I have free time on my own and I want to play this game, I was wondering if you could fix this problem for me so I can play, and I'm sure other people have the same problem, it is just weird because I play clash at here but not this game, and when I get to school I can play this game and not clash of clans, because clash has the same problem as this one but at school, it just will not load, I don't know if it is a safety thing or not? So please, all I'm asking of you is to just help me on this little problem that I have. Thank you for your support Aoc.

Fun game to play the developers are generous. This game has one horrible flaw though even if you pay money it takes time strategy to win. In the mean time new and casual players BEWARE you will be hilariously out gunned by the hard core international players. For Developers: This game is fun however there needs to be a balance. Any player with enough fire power has every incentive to obliterate you to knock you out of a city or take your resources. It gets old and very discouraging when I have 270k power and I see many players who are in 500-800k smash my base which takes a month to recover completely. Make it so that those players need to pay a bigger price or get nothing at all when attacking players who are way bellow who have no hope or chance to retaliate.

I didn’t listen to the reviews. In the beginning the pay to win is not so evident. After playing for nearly 2 months, getting to a decent size, the pay to win aspect has reared it’s head. You just cannot PvP without spending sizable chunks, and not doing PvP in a game like this seems stupid.

This is a good game but when I had same up a tone of my currency to get a new hero that it said it was guarantied in 40 chests I bought the 100 chests selecting and I got no hero just upgrades for it. Then it will said guarantied in 30 chest, but I just bought 100 of them. If you’re just gonna play the game for it’s game play do that but don’t waste your time in the store, it’s just to grab your money, and false guarantees.
