This is a Chinese game, for people in China. The language in the game is Chinese, even if you try to switch it to English. Dialog boxes are in Chinese when you press a button, not English. World chat is 100% Chinese. Chinese people receive discount pricing of 25% compared to currency conversion in other countries, thus receiving cheaper game currency and goods. When choosing a server, my old server had no language preference. However the new server said on its description, “Chinese language friendly server”. They mass opened the game in China several months ago. Chinese people also refer to non-Chinese people as “dogs“ in world chat. One African-American man is referred to as a “black dog“. Racism abounds. Some Chinese players buy linari from third party sellers. Many get to castle 39 while most other spending players are at castle level 26–27. There is no way you can compete with these players and all they do is bully you. AoC will tell you to call on your house to help - lol! All we can do is watch them attack. Chinese players are the only “whales” here. And lol I just went to the English-based help listed here. And got a help page in Chinese. My Chinese friends at home helped with the currency conversion issue. Technical support is horrible. Horrible. The worst I have encountered in any game. Every time that they do an update they throw in a bunch of clutter and break tons of old features. There are now many more money grabs than there used to be a few months ago and I’ve been playing on an older server for 8 months. Used to be a fun game. Stay away .. unless of course, you’re from China!

The game so far has been really fun and the people are just as great! I love that you can set up your battle field and even raise dragons! The only down side to this game is the wait times....the dragon energy recovery is super slow and getting energy potions for your heroes can be difficult. I don’t mind having to work for my potions but you have to fight to get potions in the wild and to fight you have to have potions....

Hey! This the top game in my eyes. Is international, so due that is world wide, why not separate Chinese’s players with every other nationality. 1 is not fair they get a discount bonus on their store, the currency in general is better. So instead of merging us with extra Chinese cheaters because we all know they also hack their account and do that extra mile amount each other. Instead of merging with more Chinese big wheels bullies. Why not separate and have English players and every other players going against each other in merges an Chinese players going against each other. I feel like it would be more equal and the same amount of money probably even more would be spend.

Disconnects after new patch

I keep getting disconnected everytime I go into the colosseum and/or out of nothing during the game. It always happens for a few days after new patches but this time I am really tired. Please do something.

It's a fun game and is also very challenging and complicated which makes the game a lot more interesting.

Too much pay to win component

Game is great and fun to play. However you can’t compete when there is too much pay to win component in the game. A power level of 400 k vs 800-900 k?? That’s hardly seems even fair! I quit playing this game for that reason.

The Game is well balanced, however the one problem that irritates me is the void. Adamantium is scarce once you have perfected the stages. There needs to be a way to earn adamantium at a faster pace.

I like this game and it should be a 5 star. But a problem is I never get on. So it’s been my first day and I level up to Stronghold 7, but as I get to lvl 5, my missions sometimes freeze the game when I redeem them. I ignore it, but now I can’t join at all. I still think this is a 5 star, but if you could fix or enable my logging in again it would be appreciated. I’m JCW2016 in game. Thanks!
