HORRIBLE GAME- totally unplayable

Run as far as fast as you can away from this game. They have updated the game so you get attacked, lose resources, troops, etc... and you cannot attack or revenge the players attacking you. Such total nonsense. Every update it gets worse but to make a game that you CANNOT REVENGE ATTACKERS is absolutely absurd. Do not play this game, there has to be a better one out there

The fact the. Classes aren’t balanced that well and whichever kingdom that gets the lead, usually keeps it are problems could this game perhaps be balanced so each race has advantages against 1 or 2 of the others but is bad against the rest

Amazing game, but payment issue

I would give this game 4, possibly 5 stars - but after a couple fluke in-game purchases not processing correctly, I wonder if my money was spent wisely. I love the game, mechanics, character builds, and battle complexity - my only gripe is when I purchased a lifetime patron offer, none of the benefits applied and it kept referring me back to the offer - which I had already purchased and couldn’t repurchase. Likely a glitch? Yes, but it’s enough to frustrate a normal player and any future players.

While this is an enjoyable game it is rigged. If you are from China you get the best deals and can rule every realm as you pay a small percentage of what others pay for items and hero’s. If you are English you are doomed. They target you and call you foreigners and the entire server looks to push you out. There are some that I have made friends with but most don’t want you there. Unless you have thousands of dollars to compete you have no chance to win!! This needs fixed or it will become a one nation game!!! Have fun getting your butt kicked daily playing! Lilith claims to be trying to fix imbalance but it only gets worse as we complain. This is a game for the Chinese and foreigners are not welcome!!!!

Terrible Support and Still Frustrated

Unfortunately it’s not possible to leave a negative star review. I have been playing this game for almost 2 years and mostly enjoyed it. I went to access my account last week to find that I can’t log into it. I have linked it to my Facebook and Game Center, but I still couldn’t log back into it. The support team has not been any help in trying to fix the issue and I have grown tired to trying to work with them. I have put roughly $100 into this game just to find everything gone. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Multiple issues with lost inventory, prizes never received! Poor responses from in game support. Always with the answer of its never on our end. And unless you plan to drop serious change don’t hope to do well in this game!

Half the game is in Chinese and it takes forever to understand which house, world, and kingdom you belong with, therefore taking away from the whole point of a co-op game

Well, not sure where to begin. I have been playing this game for the last year or so and at the start I was really enjoying the game play. I even decided I would spend a little cash to speed up my development. Eventually our map was at a stalemate and there was little room to gain new cities. It was then put before us for a vote to merge with another server. We were all thinking this might be good as some fresh blood and more targets so we voted for the merge. Little did we know that the server they (Lilith) would merge us with was full of insanely high powered players that are untouchable. Unfortunately to get my army strong enough to even attack a city I would need to dump a ton of money into development and even then it’s a long shot. In summary, this game has turned into a money pit and it saddens me that Lilith would make moves like that. It seems clear that the motivation is sucking every dollar it can out of each player and when convenient the stick with players 10X stronger than you, forcing you to try and gain XP by spending even more money. Quit while your ahead and pass on this game. Money Pit.

To be honest this game is amazing and i enjoyed playing it. But, you have to spend money in order to succeed. And i am talking about big amounts. You can purchase any hero for the first time for 9.99 then they drop that and you can only buy heroes for 59.99 and 99.99. With this being said and before I continue. I have nothing against anyone from other nations. This game is full of Chinese people that are racist and the developers dont care because everybody know how they like to spend money on games. And this game doesn’t have a region selection (america, Europe, asia, etc) and you will end up being bullied this players. No matter how hard you work on your game you will not succeed if you dont spend a lot of money. Also, if you decide to spend money and later on want to start in a new server your purchases wont migrate (except for your subscription) meaning heroes and all that will get stuck into the your previous server. And you will want to switch servers because they die as developers keep releasing new servers that are jazzy to new players making your server old and unwanted by new players. And as a kingdom takes over the whole map you will find yourself with nothing to do except quitting by frustration or migrating without your purchased heroes. If you are a pay to play player I recommend it to you. If not, this game is not for you. And for you Lillith, you will keep getting worst ratings every time until you fall into the low 3’s i have seen it with other games like your where you need to spend thousands to be at least a good player.
