Didn’t get items and refund

I still did not get the refund! There was a bug before that user cannot get items after payment, and it made me paid additional 40 dollars and get nothing. App Store cannot provide refund and Arknights told me I can only get 74 PRIMES FOR 40 DOLLARS. I know it is irresponsible to ask for 4*10 headhunting, but It is your fault right? Your programmers made the in-app mistakes and you asked customers to pay for it???????

I had to buy the monthly pack twice to get it to activate?

This game is unique in its own genre and extremely fun and f2p friendly, i have decided to support the devs and have tried to buy the monthly $5 pack but it did not activate the first time, i had to buy it again for it to activate. So if you could, could you get back to me on this problem? I kinda spent $10 on a $5 item.

First off I would like to thank you so much for bringing this game global and I think this is the best gacha I played in years. The rate in this game aren’t too bad and for those that are complaining you probably never played other gacha because this game has pretty high rate and if you fail to summon a 6 star within 50 Summon you will get a rate up for the during your next pulling for 6 star. You don’t have to pay for game but I do because the deal are just too good to pass. I see myself playing this game for years to come and I will continued to support this game
Great game with just a few frustrating things

I've been hearing about Arknights's Chinese version for a while and finally get to play it in the NA store. Great game design. Strategy matters the most in tower defense game and this game does a good job designing each level. Very challenging and fun to play. Characters have rich stories and personalities that I enjoy reading about. However there are a few things that gives me frustration. One being the auto deploy function still needs to play through the entire fight. If not possible to skip the fight entirely with auto deploy, can we at least make the play speed 4x rather than 2x? And having an option to continuously auto deploy until sanity runs out would be nice too. Another thing is that I wish there could be a option to change to other languages that has already been supported like Chinese or Japanese. I'm sure there are people like me that can only play NA store games but prefer another display language if available. The English translation is nice but I still find dialogues missing cultural reference sometimes.

It only takes about two hours of talking before you can do anything I deleted it before I could even see if I liked it it seemed like I could like it but it was too annoying you upset me and I literally came here to write this review and say your games to boring and long
