I like this game but...

This game is awesome. Really good gatcha rates and style of gameplay. But I got myself a monthly headhunting pack, paid for it, and haven’t received it. The in-game customer service is dead silent. I want to keep playing this game but not if it literally steals my money.
Worth investing your time.
finding pvp matches
Mainly the game focuses on tower defense, but thats not all, waifu collectors as well! Game will be hard, think of it as an alternative game like fgo and rather less grindful.
Fun game destroyed by lack of energy

At the start gave a ton of energy, after about 2 days. You run out and can barely play even with the monthly card. Really makes me regret spending $100+. Spender beware.

Made a purchase for $29.99 but did not receive the in game currency I bought. Tried to contact publisher through their in-game customer service chat but only received an automated reply. Sent them the information it asked for, and still no reply. They have been silent for several days now. The game is great but you’re SOL if any issues occur.
Loving this game. Probably the best gacha system I’ve played.

The art from the games storyline cutscene-like moments are amazing and I’ve saved a few as screenshots. Im probably loving the art and the character designs the most for this game. The Arknights gacha system probably has the best drop rates I’ve ever seen in a gacha game. If a banner says a characters drop rates are up it actually means the drop rates are actually up. (In my experience other gachas have led me to whale money like crazy just to get an advertised rate up unit only to still never get said unit, while in arknights I’ve gotten most 6 star banner units on my first two-three 10 gacha rolls)(perhaps the mercy system where % chances continuously boost after rolling 50 non 6stars took an effect right after my first purchase so maybe you should wait until around level 35-40 to see your next F2play 6 star). My experience with paying money for the two different headhunter packs ($50 worth) was perfect as my first roll gave me the exact S tier Saria I was looking for. The remaining rolls I can now save for the future events (I will definitely be buying the limited monthly headhunter pack again). For newer players I highly recommend that you use the re-roll for a better start email glitch. This will make your starting experience insanely better, as although it took me around 16 try’s, it left me with a start gacha roll of two S tier 6 stars (one from the free 6 star roll and Skadi from a banner event) and two 5 stars. I’m loving this.

Everything about this game is great, except for the steep learning curve. I have max leveled units and still can’t beat easy missions. This game makes no sense

1. Why there’s no Simplified Chinese localization since the original game is from China? Weird. 2. I have to VPN to play while I’m in China, is there a way we can solve this?

I know this sounds kinda whiny but could you PLEASE add a 3x speed option for auto deploy. it would make grinding so much more streamlined, and I think a lot of people agree with me on this.
