Old, out of date app

I love the theaters but this app is in desperate need of an upgrade. They haven’t even updated it to include the new Arclight Theater in Boston. It’s like they don’t want people to come to their theaters.
They do not update app when they open new location

This app is useless. New location in boston opened 3 months ago and not available in app. If this is how they value customers i will go to other chains that allow an in app purchase- that is every other chain.

They app almost unusable. The feedback doesn’t work So I can’t complain they opened a Boston theatre two months ago and it’s STILL NOT IN THE APP TOTALLY. unacceptable

I am an old timer I don’t like buying things online lol But I do like to go to the movies The ArcLight app is easy and makes me feel my bank information is secure
iOS 13 update

I love this app but with the latest iOS update the app now continually crashes and won’t load. I’ve delegated and reinstalled thinking that it might fix the problem, but no such luck.
Should be 5 Stars but...

Have always loved this app and would still love it and give it 5 Stars - if it worked! So far it’s not compatible with IPadOS 13.2. App crashes when trying to launch it on iPad. It works fine on iPhone XS with iOS 13.2. Get on it, app developers!

Can’t get refund or cancel ticket
I can't find a good nickname!
I Purchased tickets with app and wanted to cancel/get refund but there is no “cancel” option on the app. The only way to get refund was to go to the theater and get a voucher.
