Downloaded the app as I was told their Boston location had just opened! Imagine my surprise to find not only is there no mention of the new Boston ArcLight in the app, but the app itself doesn’t even make full use of the iPhone X and larger screens—despite the iPhone X having been available over two years. To top it all off, the feedback link in the app fails with an error message. Looks as if the app has been abandoned.

Other movie apps have the ability for refunds. My performance was canceled due to power failure,, no way to get a refund.
Unreliable and totally frustrating

App keeps failing. Wont store username and password, works one minute then fails the next. Can’t access tickets, wouldn't see membership and had to wait 24 hours for a reset to work. At this time of year when you want things to be easy, the entire point of the app is bogus.
Member barcode and Wallet features

Real butter on my popcorn! Hellooooo?!?!!! The app has greatly improved over previous versions. Great to have the features to add tickets to Apple wallet and the member barcode for concession purchases, including buttered popcorn and craft beers.

It’s so easy to book my tickets and seats then walk right into the theater.....no lines and no fuss!!!! Adds to my enjoyment of the full experience!
