Theaters are on the more expensive side but if you are planning to go to one of their "Presents" screenings then it pays to buy the membership because you get two free tickets to a "Presents" screening. The app makes everything incredibly easy. Had one hiccup with sending tickets to someone. It let me email but not text them from the app. Small inconvenience and might have been user error anyway.

We've been Arclight lovers since they opened, both because of the quality of the theaters and the ease of making web reservations. With the app it now takes seconds to order and store the tickets! Fantastic!
Easier than machines in theater

Who would have thought the app would be easier to use than the theater machines. After swiping my card four times I gave up and used the app to purchase my tickets.
