I tried to order and it says to move closer there are no arbys near me. I am literally looking at one across the street from me.

After leaving Walmart my granddaughters and great grandson we stopped at Arby’s to get something to eat went through the drive through window Order #70 .2 Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches.6PC Buffalo Boneless Wings to much sauce.6PC Hot Honey Wings to much sauce running all out of the box in the bag on the fries to messy but the worst of all and the nasty was the hair in my granddaughter Vanilla Milkshake she took a picture of it ,black curly hair in the milkshake. I had to go to McDonald’s and buy us some food we threw away the 3 milkshake my was halfway gone when she seen the hair in it . I love Arby’s but after this . I am upset.

App detects no restaurants anywhere in Oregon! There’s one right down the street! Useless

I hardly rate apps but I really like Arby’s so I use this app often. Please make it possible to save my payment info. It ruins the convenience of mobile ordering. I gave it 2 stars because there is an option to customize which I appreciate. Also, why can’t I do drive-thru pick-up?

Formatting issues on iphone 7 prevent signing in to account because these dandruff heads can't think. First screen you get is sign up for new account but you cant click anything like already have an account because the privacy terms overlap the whole bottom half of the screen. Someone should be fired

The app doesn’t do anything, at least in the state of Colorado. Every store I choose doesn’t have online ordering. The app seems unaware of new locations. The new Arbys in Falcon Colorado doesn’t show up though it’s been open for months. Can’t place an order with it. No coupons and it doesn’t show any current promotions even though the Arbys I go to is running specials. It’s pretty much useless in Colorado. The menu stays up to date but that’s the only value.

I ordered a meal at 8:00pm and the app let me order went to the store and they were closed at 6:00 because of staffing problems. There’s no way you can cancel the order from the app like Taco Bell or Wendy’s. I haven’t had a problem with ordering the food but if something happens good luck getting your money back.
