No online ordering in 2021

I find it fascinating how so many Major fast food chains still don’t have full fledged chain wide availability of online ordering. The internet has been public for over 25 years and smart phones have been a thing for over 12 years now. Arby’s should have been here 10 years ago.

Ordered on the app, pulled up to the window, was told to give the name and gave them and led me to the first window, get there and say they don’t have my order ready. So what’s the point of ordering online then… doesn’t make sense.

Greedy company doesn’t have coupons in app.

No locations in a 10 mile radius are accepting online order at 6:30pm on a Tuesday. Not even the location right next to the corporate office of Arby’s is taking orders. Ok, fine. I’ll place the order at the drive thu. I will just look at the menu. No prices listed for the store in my area. Maybe spend less on commercials and more on your store and online.

This app has major flaws in its payment system. It will error and tell you that your card has not been processed and that your order can’t be completed but then it still charges your card and never creates order. The chosen arbys never gets the order, but you are charged for the food anyways.

As a keto dieter, I appreciated Arby’s website and app that once allowed you to customize your meals and help in figuring out your macros. The website no longer has their Build a Meal feature and the app doesn’t allow you to remove the wrap or bread. Also, the nutritional info they provide does not break down the info for their wraps, buns or bread so that I can at least subtract that info from the whole. Arby’s, you used to be a keto dieters friend but now your just another clueless fast food place. At least, I can still customize my McDonalds orders.

Worst food app on the market. Behind. Arby’s 100% needs to market better and use technology to their benefit. You already have an app, improve it. Almost no one would keep this app on their phone waste of space it is just a menu. Make the app more engaging - coupons, social media, ways to earn points. Make people have a reason to keep this app and stop at your restaurant more often!

Use this if you want to wait for your food

The store doesn’t get the order until 15 minutes after you place it.

We have 3 Arby’s in town. The app says we don’t.
