No Real-Time Ordering, 10+ Min Delay When Ordering

This app is currently only good for viewing the menu and ordering 10 minutes (or more) ahead. If you want to place your order while in the drive-thru, be prepared to wait. I much prefer to place my order in the app, and just pull up to the drive-thru and tell them my mobile ID, rather than dictate my order. Unfortunately, this is not currently an option, which renders this pretty much useless for my particular use case. I’m able to do this at literally every other competitor in town, so it’s baffling that they went live w this very limited offering.

If I wanted to see the menu I could just pull up the website, this app is pointless.

This app CONSTANTLY runs slow, requires me to log in and restart, takes FOREVER to get the order to the restaurant. Needs to be worked on.

Order took 5 minutes to go through. What is the point of ordering through the app if you have to wait that long.
Behind most other mobile ordering apps

The app works fine, however some of the processes when ordering are wayyy behind most restaurants. 1. You can’t choose drive thru or or going inside. 2. You have no idea how long your order will take to be ready until after you’ve ordered. 3. There’s no way to add sauces like ketchup or arbys and horsey sauce. I probably won’t use this app again until it’s been updated with the times

Arby’s software app development team needs to learn how to add function. It would be better if it had Apple or Google pay. And it doesn’t need all the extra information
No Restaurants Found

The app cannot find any Arby’s locations anywhere in the United States. No matter what zip code I enter it says no Restaurants found. I’m close to D.C. and there are 3 within a 10-15 minute drive of me and it appears to be a no go. Don’t tell me it’s my internet. I’ve tried it on my wifi and on LTE. Clearly I have a connection or this review won’t go through.
Complete waste of time

Would not recommend to anyone. No coupons or point systems, very little customizations available, and worst of all it takes a minimum of 15 minutes for your order to get to the restaurant, at least according to the employees I was forced to stare at for 20 minutes while waiting for my food. Will be deleting the app and probably not returning to Arbys for quite a while.
