Bad broken headphones. Chat channel and store didn’t know anything and just told me to replace. I dislike this new Apple

No, too busy
I don’t know whats wrong with the non-mobile version of Files but I should not have to have a file uploading for it to not keep kicking me out for no reason. I have it on my phone as well but if i am uploading original photos or photos from a usb to it & i take longer than a second to move the file to the screen than it boots me out. Whatever, life goes on, but please fix this!!

I went in tonight without an appointment and was greeted by a friendly face and he was so helpful! He fixed my watch right then and there, just wish I would have gotten his name to give him the credit!

Why can’t one of you really smart people come up with a very simple one touch/plug and play way of downloading all of your text messages or messages on messenger.

I placed an order online a few hrs ago for a new iPhone 11 Pro and schedule for 2 hr delivery which I had to pay extra for. Have not received phone I’ve called 4 times and spoke to support and they were of no help I then asked for refund and was told it will take a week -.- great so I can’t even go to the store and purchase it because your holding my money for a product I have not received, geees thanks

I wish you all at Apple would fix it where we could use Zedge on our phones to get ringtones or screensavers. The ringtones on the phone aren’t great. I like to put different songs for different people and can’t without that app. Please redo it so we can use Zedge. Also, put Lilac for the color and not Purple!!!!!! I ordered Purple, I get lilac!!!!!! Thanks
