Not working

C. Grey fan!!!!

I downloaded the app on my phone. It then instructed me to download the app on my watch. I press the buttons provided to go to the Apple Watch app and there’s way to download the app on my watch. I have tried everything. It’s not working.

Cant see data

Jtharrison85

It says that you can see the data it College’s about you but it won’t allow me to see anything. I have 12 events in 4 days. I’d like to see what it knows so far. Thinking seriously about uninstalling and revoking my authorization.

Unable to download to watch

Jyazzeg

Was able to Dow load to iPhone X but cannot down to watch and each time I’ve uninstalled it the outcome doesn’t change. Just a repeat of please Download the watch app but the store only takes me to the phone app.

Doesn’t load on Apple Watch

Hube5

I set up my account on my phone answered all questions and it has been almost a week now and it still has not loaded or connected to my watch. The icon is there on watch, I can click on it but says go back to your phone and download app on phone then phone app. says go upload on watch it’s pointless.

Heart Study issue. Tried to register but it won’t take my email address.

Tyson1204

I have a valid email address ending in @q.com and it won’t let me register.

Doesn’t like my email

cmamajesse

It’s hard to use an app that doesn’t like your email address. I have a Centurylink link email ending with @q.com and I keep getting message to enter a valid address. I have use this address for almost 10 years now and it is valid. So I will delete this app.

Apple Watch 3 Nike+

baidil47922

Just bought and PAIRED my Nike+ Apple Watch yesterday (even says paired in my Watch app) and when I download this heart study app it says this phone is not currently paired with a series 1 or later Apple Watch...

Its only swipe off your battery nothing else

Susy1199

I was excited to participate in this heart study. Received NO data at all, NOTHING, just realized that my battery died in mid day, and as soon as I deleted this app my battery issues stopped. I expected more from Apple once you ask people to participate in research at the very least you need to provide some feedback or result. Well. Not on this one!

Stop complaining!

GJnz74

The complainers don’t understand what is involved in research studies. Not everyone is accepted. Not everyone gets a trophy or a star. This is not a game, challenge, or competition. It is a RESEARCH STUDY SANFORD MEDICINE AND APPLE ARE JOINTLY DOING. Apple Watch Users May or May not be suitable research participants. You have to meet the study criteria. Instead of complaining about not having any information yet, be glad you haven’t had any contributions yet. That’s telling you there is no problem with your heart!!! I have been in the study just 5 days and already have had 17 contributions. I have had more than 20 strokes and TIAs and 2 heart attacks in the last 20 years plus having an unexplained syncope episode nearly a year ago. I have had pulse rates from 30-210 bpm in a single day with no greater exercise than walking 10 steps from my living room to my kitchen and variability rates as low as 4ms and as high as 86ms. Quit complaining and be glad you are apparently too healthy to be part of the study or any heart rhythm irregularly you have is so minor it hasn’t fallen within the study perimeters. Not every person can partake in every study. Grow up. This is adult world stuff not kindergarten!
