App won’t load pics

Downloaded, deleted and reinstalled and still can’t see any pics. Bummer when I’m in a shopping mood

Recently things stopped loading for me. I tried to uninstall it and install it again, but that didn’t work. I would really like the problem to get fixed so I can order from here!

So I saw moon lamp my girlfriend would love so I bought it for 80 some dollars from this Apollo last week, this morning I was at Menards and saw the same light for 11$! I have to imagine all their products are that over priced

Some items are unique and at a low price. Some are not at all at a low price. Idk if I’ll be keeping this app to be honest.

My first complaint is that Everything on this app is extremely overpriced they charge you 50$ for candles or a light up book for 130$! You can literally buy the exact same product at ThinkGeek for 13$ or even Amazon for 30$. There are some unique items on the app but most are not worth the the price. Secondly I purchased three items on thanksgiving day (part of the Black Friday sales they were hosting allowed me to buy some stuff) AFTER purchasing the items and WEEKS later I received a email stating they no longer sell one of the items I purchased and have yet to issue me a refund on the item (that was last week). The second item they told me would “arrive late and will so up later next week” that was almost three weeks ago and whenever I try to contact them via email I get no response and phone I get a voicemail. Third the app itself has no record of me buying the items, when I look up the order history in my account it’s blank showing nothing no matter how many times I refresh the page but I clearly bought the items since they took the money out of my bank. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone and I will be promptly deleting this app once I receive my refund(s) and/or item(s)
Slow customer service and missing item on first order

I ordered two items and only one was shipped. Multiple calls went unanswered as I received an email response after about 4 days. The CS team was nice but the process is slow. After multiple emails Apollo would reship the item or give me store credit. I feel I should have received a refund. Apollo has interesting things but it’s faster and easier to just shop Amazon with faster customer service.

The app itself is fine except for its prices. They are ridiculously high. What I suggest is to look at stuff on this app, but then go to Amazon or somewhere else and you’ll find the same exact thing for much, much cheaper.
