Slow customer service and missing item on first order – ApolloBox Review

I ordered two items and only one was shipped. Multiple calls went unanswered as I received an email response after about 4 days. The CS team was nice but the process is slow. After multiple emails Apollo would reship the item or give me store credit. I feel I should have received a refund. Apollo has interesting things but it’s faster and easier to just shop Amazon with faster customer service.
