Honestly the worst online store – ApolloBox Review

My first complaint is that Everything on this app is extremely overpriced they charge you 50$ for candles or a light up book for 130$! You can literally buy the exact same product at ThinkGeek for 13$ or even Amazon for 30$. There are some unique items on the app but most are not worth the the price. Secondly I purchased three items on thanksgiving day (part of the Black Friday sales they were hosting allowed me to buy some stuff) AFTER purchasing the items and WEEKS later I received a email stating they no longer sell one of the items I purchased and have yet to issue me a refund on the item (that was last week). The second item they told me would “arrive late and will so up later next week” that was almost three weeks ago and whenever I try to contact them via email I get no response and phone I get a voicemail. Third the app itself has no record of me buying the items, when I look up the order history in my account it’s blank showing nothing no matter how many times I refresh the page but I clearly bought the items since they took the money out of my bank. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone and I will be promptly deleting this app once I receive my refund(s) and/or item(s)
