You FORCING people to use your app has been such a pain! Leave feedback on the app but NOTHING ever improves!!! One day the app will stay open all day; the next day, I have to log in 3 times!!! No rhyme nor reason from what I can tell. No explanations, just more & more complaints with nothing fixed!! So I linked the accounts like you DEMANDED. The ios view i still like better; but, now i also get error messages at unexpected times telling me I need to enter a password - UGH!!! Things were MUCH BETTER before the stupid app actually started working! Why don’t you address all the questions & complaints instead of just putting them in categories? SPAM: It never goes away. I block senders on the ios side because I can’t see any way to block them. Then ios puts the spam that keeps coming but is blocked into trash. So, in aol I go in & put these repeat offenders back into spam (after flagging) & delete. But the same ones keep sending more. Why can’t you permanently delete or block them???

Why do u have to sign in & give password ,on my phone , every time? Why do I have to delete each email separately? Why not highlight the ones I don’t want and delete in total? I also don’t want my info or contacts shared with anyone but you keep asking- why? Change is not always better! ( that’s my nickname)

The email has constantly required to login each time I check email. Very frustrating. I have been using for over 10 years
UGH!! Cannot keep deleted emails deleted!!

I don't like that when I delete emails they do not stay deleted. After multiple deletes of the same emails they keep popping back up.

I would not trust AOL news anymore than I would trust Apple news,U Tube or anyone from the newspaper or so called news media.
I’m tired of all the anti Trump “news” AOL is no better than the rest of the mainstream media
